So we have set minimum standards we need to meet in order to deliver the peace of mind, you deserve as an investor.

The minimum standards we believe will deliver you peace of mind are;

  • Transparency in managing tenants.
  • Undertaking diligent procedures in the screening of new tenancies.
  • Maintaining all tenancies on fixed terms.
  • Undertaking a minimum of two routine inspections over a 12-month period and undertaking minor maintenance (if possible).
  • Reviewing rents annually in a softer market and 6 monthly in a strong market.
  • Inspecting repairs, obtaining quotes and issuing tradespeople detailed work orders with photos for more efficient workflow, ultimately minimising your cost.

These are our minimum standards, all of which can be adapted to meet each investor needs.

  1. Guarantee only applies to new clients.
  2. A claim can only be made within the first 12 months of our agreement, the claim must be made within 30 days of the event, once a guarantee claim is made, the managing agency agreement between our office and the client will be terminated issuing 30 days notice.
  3. The refund of fees only extends to a maximum of 12 months or for the period of which we have charged management fees whichever is the lesser amount.
  4. Other fees associated with the management and/ or letting of each property including bank fees, administration fee or any other fees are not refundable as part of this guarantee.
  5. Documented proof of failure to comply with minimum standards must be presented, within 30 days of the event
